My tech arrival window was 8 am to 12 noon. At 12:20 pm I had not received any call concerning appointment. I cancelled appointment after learning I was now scheduled for a 2 - 3 pm arrival. Tech called and arrived @ 3:20 pm. I should have received a call when Sears knew tech would be late.

#1 Problem: Time window given in all e-mails was 10am ro 2pm. At 5pm I called your service number. Helpful woman tracked my order and explained that Joe S. would be there shortly. #2 Problem: Despite spending a great deal of time inspecting and working with washing machine, The problem causing leak after wash is done could not be found. #3 Problem. Machine still leaks a small amount of water after washer no longer running. Overall, after waiting for most of the day my time lost cost me $96 and change!
