This call went very well, the technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and left every thing neat and clean.

I was very impressed with the ease of setting the appointment on line and the follow up with the 4 hour window and then the confirmation and reminder by text and the call in the morning narrowing down time to 1 hour and the call confirming they were on their way. Service tech was courteous and knew exactly how to complete the repair. Very satisfied with the Service.

Annual service check up on our Kenmore appliances. Went well and tech was thorough.

The guys who did the repair were great: friendly and did the job quickly and efficiently. The original time window we scheduled was between 1:00-5:00 PM. They arrived at about 7:00 PM. We were not called to be made aware of a delay in their arrival time and honestly, with a 4 hour window to begin with I don't think that should've been an issue.

Had a yearly check up on dish washer. Technician was friendly and thorough.

Will call them for future repairs on other appliances.

I can always depend on Sears for high quality appliance maintenance and repair.

The repairmen Steve was excellent,courteous, clean and very good. He is a keeper. The best repairman we have ever had.
