I scheduled a diagnostic visit for second opinion to see if I really had all the problems first contractor said I did was told diagnostic fee $89.90- they went and said nothing needed no problems - was told I would get document stating such right after payment. NEVER SENT and now my bank account today has a pending charge of $141.20. Now on hold 1hour 13 minutes - billing department is very very busy! I will not call Sears for hvac again. I had good experience earlier in year with duct cleaning and floor cleaning though - was hoping to get same level of service but no -Hi, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. FRIDGE IS STILL BROKEN AFTER SERVICE AND THE REPAIR GUY REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR. 3 DAYS LATER AFTER PAYING OVER 600 DOLLARS AND I HAVE A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR!!!!! YOUR SERVICE AND PRODUCT ARE AWFUL. THE FRIDGE IS BARELY 3 YEARS OLD.We are sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Our products ship directly from the manufacturer and at times do not contain instructions. Arrived within window and completed job in allotted time.
