The tech was very good and quickly diagnosed & repaired the problem The informative part comes as a result of his telling me all my appliances could be covered under the plan for only $49.99 per month which we signed up for given all the appliances did come from Sears .... when they were still hereThank you for sharing your great rating! Calling for service is an all day affair. I was on hold 1 hour 39 minutes, the first time. The men who came to the house were nice, respectful and seemed knowledgeable. My problem continued but Sears has NO idea what they are doing so I had to call The Repair Service company myself. The problem still exits. I don’t know.how to get help. This refrigerator is a lemon. The service was done a day later than scheduled and I had to calk the company a couple of times to find out what happened but never got an apology. The people that came apologized but they apparently got the crazy schedule and were not notified either about coming a day later.Hello Stephen, Thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. So the tech came out and replaced the pump and changed the water hoses (As they were just about to pop). After he left i put on a light load of laundry and 5 minutes later it started leaking again. Now I have to wait another week for a tech to be dispatched out to my house! This issue has been going on for 2 .5 weeks now! This is terrible service and terrible service times! Not sure my next washing machine will be bought from Sears or the extended warranty for that matter! This feedback is not directed at the technician that came to my house but at the whole company in general and how they handle the dispatches and why i have to wait all this time to fix my washing machine!
