I've had a recurring problem with this refrigerator. Since I bought it in 2011, the condensor and circuit board need to be replaced twice per year. On this occasion, the tech diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. The parts took 12 days to arrive, during which I lost much of the food in my freezer. The tech returned and installed the parts, fixing the problem for a few more months. As usual, he left the shipping boxes, packaging materials and broken parts for me to discard. Sears schedules the work with a 9 hour window - from 8am to 5pm, so I need to take four full days off of work each year.

Took over 30 days to get the parts. Unacceptable The technician did a great job. Paul is a asset to Sears and has done exceptional work on this job and other service calls in the past.Hello there, I am so happy to see you have had a good experience with our technician.
