The pre-shipped circuit board was installed quickly on the committed date. We were then told to give the unit 24 hours to stabilize. We did, and the original problem continues. Produce in the drawers is still freezing. The over-the-phone diagnosis that led to the part shipment apparently did not resolve the problem.

Great service. Love having my washer in working order!

Service repairman did all he could to fix the problem. He was successful. Very courteous and friendly.

My plan was well worth the cost. Service was easy to schedule, the technician couldn't have been better.
