Although the technician was on time, polite and thorough we are still having an issue with our dishwasher leaking. We have been told by 2 different techs that it is soap build up. Understandable when I can see the soap however we have ran the washer at least 20 times without soap and still have a leak.Dear Ann, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. took 3 weeks to get technician to come to house spent 8 hours sold us contract for $50 a month. Refrigerator still not fixed. Had the wait 10 days for technician number 2 to come. Spent 4 hours changed compressor $600 said wait 4 hours should be cold. Waited 24 hours still not working. Called back said schedule another appointment. 10 days later sept 22 .
