Could not depend on appointments. Made changes without speaking with me. Did not meet the timeframes of appointments. Unable to speak with anyone. Set up appointment online amd was constantly kept aware of technician progress by text. He even called when he was on the way. Kept his expectations. Upon arrival, consistent with COVID regulations (masked up) and got right to work. Alex was neat, professional and thorough. So far so good. Thank youThank you so much for your 5-star rating! Although my dryer was unable to be repaired by technician Octavius was extremely friendly and helpful. So Unbelievable first able he didn’t know what he was doing He said motherboard is gone Even though it’s so much money we said go ahead and fix it he comes back with the parts finish the job still not working now I have to change compressor $1400 brand new fridge $1500Yucel, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. We had to wait a couple of weeks for a service call for a refrigerator that is freezing everything inside. When the repairman came, he diagnosed the problem and told us what part to purchase. After spending $250 we still have the same problem and when I called I was told they could set up another service call to rediagnose the problem but we would have to wait another 10 days for an appointment. We are totally unsatisfied with Sears service. We called several local independent appliance repair services but none of them will repair a Kenmore.Thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. 1st repair person here claimed by replacing the gasket, the drying should improve, & it really hasn't yet.
