I've used the service three times and have never been disappointed.

We have just received an e-mail from Sears noreply... and are unable to confirm the review we sent in for Victor and Gino who serviced: a dehumidifier and water softener (Victor), Central air conditioning and water heater (Gino). Please confirm our review. Both men were excellent.

Victor arrived first. He checked and cleaned the dehumidifier and water softener, gave us some recommendations and made sure the level of salt was adequate. Gino came in early afternoon. He checked the general air conditioning and water heater, made sure the AC was draining correctly and also double checked to make sure that everything was working correctly. Both of the technicians answered all our questions. We are very pleased with your service.
