    While the repairman was courteous it took over a month to get my TV repaired. I had to take three days off and every time I called to voice my displeasure I would be transferred from the scheduling department to the protection department and back. I have never had problems with store clerks but this has been the worst type of customer service ever. I guess that's why they are not in the store because they have no people skills. They even promised on two occasions to provide me with gift certificates to appease me. I am still waiting.

    The technician that serviced our dishwasher was great! However, we were very disappointed in that we had scheduled an appointment that was set between the hours of 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. I called at 6:00 PM to get a status update and I was informed that the technician was in route to my home. At 7:00 PM, with no technician at my home, I called and they said the appointment had been cancelled. The next available appointment was 2 weeks later. In my opinion, this was very unprofessional.

    I called for service repair I got an appointment within 2 days of my calls, very flexible i am happy i have my extended warranty with Sears
