Had to wait for over a month for the part. Repair rep did not know what he was doing. Had to have someone talk him through the repair on the phone. Did not clean up after himself. The dryer still does not work.

I thought he was suppose to clean the holes either from inside or outside? So

Our refrigerator ice fan broke at the beginning of July. A diagnostician came July 5, created a record of required repairs, and ordered the necessary parts. We paid him almost $500. It took over 3 weeks for the parts to arrive. After that, it took until August 23 to get the fridge fixed. One technician called to say he wouldn't come unless we paid him $99. One said he had come at 8:15 am, but he never showed at my house--no idea where he really went, if he went anywhere. When the technician showed up on Aug 23, he said there was no record of the parts being ordered, and he couldn't understand how we had them at all. He called his boss, who said "I don't know what's going on. I wasn't trained for this." Fortunately, he actually agreed to fix the fridge, and accepted the remainder of the money owed. I will never buy a Sears appliance again!

No one showed up the two days we waited for “emergency “ service; and on the day of the scheduled service at 5:00 the repair man called to say he wasn’t coming. I went ballistic and he agreed to come. He arrived at 6:30. He did a good repair, but we waisted three days waiting.
