Sears scheduling program not acceptable. First appointment cancelled due to extreme lateness of technician. After waiting all day we got word that the tech. would be as late as 6:15 P.M. The 8-5 scheduling is unacceptable. We had to lose two whole days waiting without knowing when the tech. would arrive. Your previous scheduling of A.M or P.M. was better. Technician was courteous but seemed too rushed to get through.

My dryer is working better now than it has in a very long time. The fellow that came to fix it stayed with it until he found out the exact problem. I appreciate it so so much!
