When I scheduled this repair on 5/21/15 I was told it would take place on Tuesday between 10-2pm. Tues 5/26 the tech was a no show. When I called in looking for a status, to my surprise I was told it was schedule for 6/2 between 10-2pm. This is not how you schedule an appointment. then the refrig finally went the next day when I called back I asked for emergency service , and again I found no such luck. while I am greatfull the refrig is repaired, I could have gotten this fixed faster if I went private but since I have the service contract wasn't going to pay extra I would like an extra 3 years on the service agreement as proper compensationHi, Joe!
