The service technician arrived as scheduled. He did not have the part needed to repair my dishwasher, but found it on a nearby service truck. He obtained the parts and returned the same day to repair the unit. The repair service on our frig was great, the technician was very knowledgable, find out what was the problem it was taken care of.

Took over a month for repair. 2nd time in 6months the same problem. You can not talk to a person that can make decisions and look up past work. The call center is ridiculous, takes over 15 min for someone to pick up phone Repair man Robert told my husband the parts won’t fix the problem. When it breaks again, showed him how to take 4 screws out of the back and put a hairdryer on the “cellanoid” That should fix it. Really this is how your company fixes problems. I want a new refrigerator. I have had the sears plan for a year. It took a total of 6 months and involvement from channel 10 to get any action. Please do ya all a favor. Replace my refrigerator now
