This man was the only one so far that knew what he was doing

Is a no brainer get extended warranty on any piece of outdoor equipment.

The repair man came first thing in the morning. He quickly figured the problem and order the part. When the part came in he was there the next day to replace it. I bought my dishwasher new with a bad motor. For the last 8 or 9 months I thought it was because I didn't know how to load it correctly or run the settings right. The day after the new motor was placed my dish were finally washed. It was a relief.

Fred was our service repair person. Fred was highly professional. Fred was able to readily diagnose the problem and also FIX my washing machine. He is personable and highly polite. Please forward these comments to Fred's supervisor for inclusion in performance appraisal. Fred is with A & E out of Jacksonville NC.

The repairman worked helpfully, efficiently and thoughtfully. What more can a greed owner ask? No complaints.

He was very pleasant and answered all our questions honesty.
