Dryer Repair Appreciated
Roger, our appliance technician, arrived within the allotted time frame and worked diligently to complete the repair. After replacing two main parts, our dryer works extremely well. We are looking forward to 'catching up' on our laundry.

I appreciate the technician was friendly and knew exactly what to do. The part was with him, so the entire repair took around 20 minutes or less fastest repair I've ever had before.

Technician was Courteous. Helpful. Work was done well and efficient. Much appreciated. Only complaint was trying to communicate with the online scheduling system. Needs to be able to reach a person when scheduling needs keep changing. Not everyone is a technological person.
