The service was great, but I forgot to see if I could use my 20% off coupon...then I fell on 2/14/2017 and forgot to double check on the coupon again.

Arrive on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The technician was courteous and efficient.

Technician (Kevin) arrived as scheduled on Wednesday, one day after we placed the service request. He determined a part was needed and ordered it. The part arrived as tracked (via UPS) at 3:00 on Friday afternoon, but no technician was available to install it. So we waited an additional 3 days without hot water until Kevin was able to return on Monday. His work and his communication with us were excellent, but the poor coordination of the part's arrival with availability of a technician is not acceptable.

We had a refrigerator door with ice dispenser that would form the ice and cause it to drop down but it kept jamming up right at the opening. Our repairman was familiar with the problem and carried with him a little extension hose that could be cut and applied so that two things that failed to touch before (to trigger the flap to open up and allow the ice to pass), would now touch and voila, system fixed. Sears should find out how to do this on all the new builds from the beginning.
