Done right the first time

We got the diagnosis from the repair guy in Feb 2019. He said he will put in an order and come back to install it. The sate for installation was set and we paid him for the full fee plus the labor. The part never came in. I finally called back to Sears in April, customer service saw what my complaint was, and she helped put in the order of the piece that was needed to fix my dryer. The piece finally arrived within 2 weeks of my call to customer service, but there is still no installation done yet! Very disappointed in Sears. Poor communication. Do I, the customer, need to do your job for you?! Isn't that why I paid for the installation fees? This is BULL!!Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention! Excellent communication about arrival time and duration of service. This hardly interrupted my schedule at all. Very reliable and expert!

It was easy to set up an appointment online. The technician was prompt and very professional. Everything was fixed quickly and working again. I would definitely use Sears Service next time.

I learned a lot about my washer and how to use it besides just getting it fixed

I had trouble with my dryer, so I asked to have my washer looked at as well under the maintenance contract it's free. Well- there was more wrong with the washer than the dryer! Glad I kept the contract otherwise I was going to have to buy new, since fixing was $$$$$
