The repairman did a great job of explaining what happened to cause the issue, and what we can do to prevent it from happening again. Also he did a good job of explaining a couple of things that will help in every day useage.

I had a new washer installed and when I went to do a load on cold water, delicate, it filled with totally hot water I discovered after 10 minutes into the wash. I called the install number and was nicely and efficiently moved through the system. The installer returned and found my plumbing to be in backwards. He changed up the hoses and ran it through cold and hot cycles and it worked. He did a wonderful job.

Nice technician and had loads of experience. But I am left with a scratch into the top of my stove once pulling back the masking tape which was suppose to prevent that.
