Tech # 0003046 (I think his name was Greg) One of the best for customer service we have ever experienced. Sears needs to keep him! What a pleasure. Friendly, informative, answered questions and was so very very nice.
The refrigerator has been a total lemon. Your repair success rate is less than 50%. 5-10 day wait times to get parts, then another wait time to get technician. Recently had a no show/no call. A complete train wreck. The unit should have been replaced in its entirety 2 or 3 repairs ago. Last Kenmore appliance in this household.
