Service man told me on 12-30-20 that fridge could not be repaired. He was recommending a new refrig from our warranty. Said we would hear from warranty dept in 24-48 hours. NEVER HEARD from anyone. Different Technician showed up than the one I was expecting. Tech proceeded to repair the broken part, but when he finished , he fried my Dryer and now I need to get a new one.Hi Janice, Thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. The service personnel get 5+ Stars, EXCELLENT. Sears overall performance get 1 Star. The original diagnosis caused the wrong part to be ordered. After waiting well over one month Sears is very lucky the service person had the correct part causing the washer to not working.We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. I do not feel a full service was given. He did not check the internal temperature to make sure it it matched the setting. He did not pull the fridge out to check the coils in back. He asked to use MY vacuum to clean underneath--his was broken!! I had the same technician out the week prior to check my washer, dryer, stove, and dishwasher. "Jack of all trades.
