Comment. Technician was late arriving. Was supposed to be between 7 am - 11am. Arrived almost an hour late.

We have had 4 service calls on the closed refrigeration system over a period of one month, August 1, 13, 23 and 30. The compressor and dryer assembly have been replaced, the evaporator coil was repaired, but the closed refrigeration system is still not functional and the refrigerator will not cool. At the most recent service call on August 30, it was determined that the refrigerant had leaked out again, and a new evaporator coil was ordered. We have been patient with 4 service calls beginning on August 1. It appears that the refrigerator may not be repairable. We believe it should be replaced in consideration of the time, inconvenience and inability to repair it in that time.Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention! We hate to see that this is still going on and would love the opportunity to take a look and see how we can help out. The service call was for my annual inspection under my service contract. We have 10 appliance under a service contract.

Extremely pleased with our service man and his skills. Showed us things that would help us with our own maintenance. The communication and promptness was super !

The repair went smoothly and the guys did a great job. However, we didn’t appreciate being without a refrigerator for a week. Refrigerator went out on a Tuesday and they came out to diagnose it on Wednesday. They had the parts on the truck but had to set up appointment a week later because they didn’t have time to fix it when they were here the first time. We would have appreciated having it completed in one visit.
