He did his best But one thing for sure I think you’re really tried but every time I use this service nothing ever gets fixed I always have to buy a new the one thing was no clue I don’t think he thinks the door lock don’t work so that’s why the machine was broke but when I check at the door locks tight Just my opinion but he was an outstanding man and great to talk to you I just wish that something could get fixed when I callHi Gerda, Thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. Repair window from 12-4. Repair guy showed up at 4. Knew it was the compressor, knew he didn’t have the parts and knew he didn’t have time to fix it before he walked in the door. Why make me sit around waiting all day? On top of all of that, I can’t even get a copy of the diagnostic report that says my compressor is bad. He didn’t give me a copy and the sears help desk “doesn’t do that”. Total waste of $105.Hi Thomas, thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback.
