    The one star on communication is for your scheduling. No one scheduled an appointment. The only communication was from tech on day of repair

  2. Great tecninician, lousy support

    It took multiple attempts to get the right part delivered undamaged. One of the phone representatives took it upon themselves to change the dryer front panel to a washer front panel. The follow up call I received on one of the service trips consisted of someone eating while mumbling their way through their checklist of questions while paying no attention to my answers.

  5. Grill repair

    Took over a month, three appointments to repair. Two separate deliveries of parts and both times the service people left boxes and packaging at my house.Seemed that sears spent over twice what the grill was worth to repair, but was done well! I now need to deal with the failed grill cover that they said they could not replace, because I Needed to bring it to the store. BUT not sure if it is covered now because I needed to keep it to show the repair person to insure the guarantee.
