    The technician was great. No problem there. I thought the repair was very expensive but it was one I could not do myself. I paid the technician on the spot with a check and the money was pulled from my bank account. However, yesterday I received a bill from a place called National Claims Center looking for the money and the only phone number listed is for people who have set up an account. Very annoying that I have to take care of this even though I paid on the spot.

    I did not receive a receipt for payment at the time of service. (Low battery on printer.) I was promised a receipt by e-mail, but no receipt has been received. The actual appliance repair went quickly and smoothly. No complaints there.

    We had to have our KitchenAid dishwasher repaired last week. Our technician came out on Friday. Knowing he would be getting to us late in the afternoon, he kept in touch with us throughout the day to let us know our status. And at the end of a long day for him, he was exceptionally gracious and professional and efficiently got our dishwasher up and running! We couldn't have been more satisfied.
