    I still have the drip coming from the water dispenser in my refrigerator after the repairman installed the new lever.

    Repairman covered his shoes the minute he stepped into my home. He was clean and healthy looking, and to my delight did NOT reek of cigarette smoke. He methodically tested the range's ovens and talked to me about how they worked. The tutorial wasn't necessary but now I understand the workings of it and why I was unable to get a proper reading. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the range itself, it was "user error" (me). Thank you for sending this nice gentleman my way.

    The service man once he got here was very good. The problem seemed to be in getting in touch with Sears to begin with. Went through numerous people & recording with getting cut off & not being called back. Only 1 person called back. Finally after 2 wrong parts, we got the correct one. Too much hassle getting the problem taken care of.

    Serviceman was nice and informative, not happy that it took so long to get an appointment. I called the first part of July and didn't get scheduled for an appointment until August 20. I paid a lot of money for the additional warranty thinking maybe that would expedite things....NOT! The last time I had my washer fixed it took 3 weeks to get a repairman to come to my house. Yeah it did not cost anything to fix it, but I had to go to the laundromat and pay. Bottom line: the servicemen are great but the turn around time for an appointment stinks!!
