    The technician even offered to arrive an hour before schedule. Diagnosed and repaired problem in same visit. Yes technician had the part needed in his truck.

    I had a morning appointment, but when I did not hear from Sears during that time frame I called. I was informed that the computer system was down, so they could not see the appointments. The representative was very apologetic, and asked me to call back to reschedule. In the afternoon I was called by a Sears technician. He had written down his service calls for that day, and was trying to get to them as best he could without computer support. He offered me the choice of his coming in the afternoon, or rescheduling. I was delighted that he could come that day. He took care of the problem. I received a flop low-up call from Sears to make sure I received service. It was a difficult time but Sears did all they could to take care of my appliance. I am thankful for their efforts.

    Michael came out, listened to the symptoms I described, and called into his service center for authorization. He understood the issue and immediately got authorization to replace the bad part. He worked quickly and efficiently, yet was friendly. Excellent service!
