Used on 12-08-20 still same problem not freezing or refrigerator not getting cold have to wait until 11-15-20 for another appointment which leaves me out of use which I think is really unacceptableHi, Linda we would like to provide you with some assistance regarding the refrigerator issue you are having. The technician spent about 15 minutes replacing the cam. The labor charge was $345.00.
