Thanks so much... Sears Home Services the Best! Tony got here on time, installed new parts, fixed door. The door use to close on it's own, but no long. Maybe something else wrong with it. At least the door isn't falling off now.

I have no problem with this tech. He was friendly and courteous. Took my issue with concern then explained to me exactly what is wrong. My issue is with the follow up tech CINCH sent out because they didn't want to take Odaine's word.
