This second service call was a joke he did nothing other than tell me I was doing laundry incorrectly! Yup after thirty years of doing laundry I had to be told how to wash clothes! His answer to that was " these machines haven't been around fir thirty years". Then he left! Called again fir another service call!!! Guess I didn't understand that lesson!

Needed a part. Service man came twice. First to evaluate and order a part. He then came back 4 days later to install the part. Very friendly service man. Extremely impressed with service.
