    Because this Tech was smart enough to bring the actual part I needed replaced on my Washer, he was able to fix it that day. The part I received in mail by UPS, was the wrong part, so I would've had to wait again.

    The service guy was not very helpful and he did not seem to be very knowledgeable , I was so disappointed that I cancelled my warranty if that is the kind of people you use I'll pass.

    Technicians were great. Parts had to be ordered couldn’t get appt quickly. Parts were in my house for 7 days during which time refrigerator stopped working and loss all my food. Then had to go 3 days without refrig with parts in my home. Very frustrating. I had routine maintenance done last August mentioned build up of ice on back wall was told it was normal. Now tech tell me that was a sign of the problem. When they checked records they saw it was a laundry tech that did my maintenance. I feel this could have been avoided it dealt with then.

    Keith called and said when he should be arriving. Very courteous. He explained how things worked, which I liked. It's always good to understand how things work. He came in and did what he had to do and that was that.
