I used Sears and one of the recommended home services websites butsears had next business day availability and was very convenient online booking. The services website never responded. Technician called when he was 30 minutes away. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about washers and dryers. Refrigerator quit on me and I called on 6-24-20. Earliest they could be here was 7-23-20. As a result I lost a refrigerator and freezer full of food. That's very bad service.Five weeks to get here to repair a 2 year old refrigerator. When repair person finally arrived on 7-23-20 they were excellent and were in and out within an hour. The 1 star rating is for the time it took to finally get someone here ti fix the refrigerator (they found 2 broken wires)Hello Bruce, Thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. Technician was great.....sent used and broken part...had to reorder part.....took 4 weeks ,could nt used oven....this part should be on hand at all timesWe are glad to hear that the tech did a great job on your service. Kyle serviced my washer and dryer. Quickly diagnosed the problems and did the repairs. Although he has to return with a new belt and pully for my dryer (parts had to be ordered) he was very neat and efficient.
