  1. difficult experience-happens over and over

    I have had multiple experiences with the technician Matthew where I find he gets very reactive very easily and it just hasn't been easy-I would appreciate the option of a different technician and also that the technician isn't able to fulfill the service because he doesn't know how to disconnect my downdraft in order to pull out the oven

    Prompt, reliable, professional and excellent service man. Would have been the full five stars but I never received my receipt via email. I’m assuming this is a flaw in the credit card service they use.

  7. Home service guy was awesome

    The gentleman arrived within a short period of time of my time frame. He fixed my issues promptly . Only issue I had was that no one told him to bring a new filter with him as I had requested because of being handicap , I can not longer change it myself. I am made it a point to tell them on the phone when I made the appt. to make sure he is told about that. He couldn't apologize enough to me. Certainly not his fault, which I stressed to him.

    The service was average at best due to the following; 1) the service tech acted very rushed and abrupt, 2) it took a week for a pretty routine part to be ordered and UPS delivered to our house to finish the repair, so we couldn't use our oven for a week, 3) the price seemed quite high for the parts and labor supplied.

    It took too little by to get parts in and get fixed we went weeks without a dishwasher. This is a huge burden when you are a large family with full time working parents
