    Can't believe how disappointed I am with Sears and their service. After calling about a dent in my frig and finding out Cosmetic Damage coverage was expiring scheduled an appt and "moved mountains" to have someone there was told "can't fix it " because it was caused by customer. No Kidding. It was explained in the beginning that the dent was caused by something that had been moved to close , so no secret it was caused by customer. Question still remains can it be fixed. After 4 phone calls and hours on hold, still don't know. Too bad poor service poor policy poor communication. Only plus he arrived at the start of the schedule window.

    Hoever, it took two weeks to repair a freezer, even though parts arrived in two days...which is a pretty ;omg inconvenience. perhaps you need to add some employees...when I called about the service delay, trying to improve it,the agent was rather rude in saying no.

    My issue is with your 8-5 waiting policy. I would be fine with a four hour window, but expecting a customer to tie up their entire day waiting is not reasonable in todays' world. Additionally, after scheduling two weeks in advance, my appointment was cancelled mid-day, and an additional week had to pass before you had availability. Great service, but exceptionally poor system.
