The repairman called and told us our part was in and set up a time with us to come and install it. He came on time and was friendly and professional. The technician who came onsite to do the work was great. However, Sears home service was horrible. We called for two furnaces which we purchased from Sears to be serviced. However, the representative who scheduled the service only scheduled one furnace. When the technician informed us he could only do one because of the service order, we called Sears while the technician was still onsite and still they wouldn't correct their own mistake. Even a manager wouldn't fix but would rather schedule another service call while the technician was still onsite. They claimed they couldn't guarantee it would be the same company which is not true since the same company has been performing the maintenance for the past 6 to 7 years since we purchased the furnaces from Sears.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your rating. Great all-around experience during COVID19 pandemic. Never even questioned social distancing or his need to wear a face mask. The serviceman really knew what he was doing and quickly fixed our dishwasher.Thank you for sharing your great rating!
