  2. Service extremely inadequate

    Initial tech not qualified for repair Second tech could not address problem without supervisor approval Third tech left stating first problem was fixed, it was not second issue needed parts In addition When tech left machine was not in working order Problem has been chronic with no satisfaction from techs as to issue resolution Wife called for supervisor return call to no avail
