    The only problem I had with the service was I was given an appointment time between 8:00 -5:00. As a business you would think they could narrow this to a 2 hour window so a customer does not have to sit waiting all day and at 5:00 someone shows up.

  2. The service was professionally done by a courteous young man but my problem with our ice maker remains as the ice maker still does not make ice.

    The service was fine but my ice maker still does not make ice. And there is a rattling noise in the right side of the refrigerator when the door is closed, sounds like a copper tube would be rattling inside the wall of the refrigerator..

  8. Worst experience ever!!! Needs less than 1 star

    Called me when he was 3 minutes away from my home and refused to come unless someone was at my house when he got there because he was busy and couldn’t wait. I was able to get my daughter to let him in while I rushed the 12 minutes from work but when I got home he was already backing out of driveway. I had to block his vehicle so he would stop and talk to me. He said he couldn’t stay because he had a lot of service calls and I reminded him that I was one of them. He said my likely problem was that my refrigerator was too close to the wall and he moved it 2 inches and stated that should fix it. He did not check any components or open a tool box. I tried to explain the problems I was having but he kept repeating he did not have time for this and wasn’t charging me for moving my refrigerator. I later got an email including my ‘signed’ estimate which he apparently forged my signature. Of course this was Friday afternoon so here I am Monday morning waiting on a different repair guy from another company.

  9. Service Good but Time schedule awful

    Technician did a good job. no problem with except didn't clean up very well. My problem is the 8am till 5pm time slot. Need to narrow it down a little more. My wife couldn't leave all day. got the call at 4:55 pm he was on his way. should be able to estimate time of arrival a little better than that.

    Very professional. The latching system has been repaired in past several times and it has released during washing cycle a couple times after this repair; but has been OK last week or so. Will call if it starts repeating again. no bigie at this time.
