Service man was here on Feb 25. He did everything possible to correct the problem.

The service I received was AWESOME! That does NOT justify the price I paid to replace a $10 belt on my dryer, however. I am not including the charges since the side window asks that I not do so. (Understandable!) From a management perspective, there is much that can be done to reduce the cost of providing this service, rather than pass it on to the customer!Hi Eric, thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. Went 20 miles to Lafayette for a part listed In stock online at a retailer, but it wasn't there. So, he returned two weeks later and put the part in. I had a horrible experience with a no name repair team on my dishwasher through Sears years ago. Told me I needed to use HE dishwashing liquid with the logo on it! They looked homeless and had nothing to identify themselves besides the paperwork from Sears. Now I only accept valid Sears repairman and things are all good.

This is the 2nd eronturn we have purchased through sears. Mr Dwayne has been our service man since day 1. Would be helpful when calling in for help with an appliance, that everyone is versed in the correct charges to expect. The technician did a good job within his experience, and called for help to do troubleshooting to isolate possible problems/causes that would effect my machine.Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
