I appreciated the timeliness. Jonathan was helpful, polite, and friendly. Repair was fast.

I was disappointed that the yearly maintenance this year did not include some of the parts that were included in the past, such as air filter, spark plug and blades. The price was slightly lower but to add those parts it would have been considerably higher.

will not be purchasing from sears again, made many large ticket purchases over the years, but this is getting beyond annoying.

The serviceman that serviced our riding lawnmower was very courteous, very polite. The nicest person you ever wanted to meet. Service with a sile, it makes a difference.
