Operators don't have a clue what they're doing. Sent wrong part needed to house. Had to call again. They're automated phone calls are annoying as well. Called my house 5 times the day before service to remind me of my appt and if I had any questions to call. Well I had no questions but the automated service just kept calling my house!

Repair man came at time expected and changed out a defective part very quickly. All seems okay now. Thanks again.

Had problem with the oven. Called Repair Center and they said they would order a part for the repair without even seeing the oven. They said the part should take a week to arrive and scheduled an appointment10 days from the call. What happened to the days when an appointment could be scheduled in 1 or 2 days and the repair technician had parts on the truck. Glad it wasn't my refrigerator. I don't know if the price paid for the insurance is worth the service that is given.
