    Was very disappointed in the service. They were supposed to show up on Friday to repair my washer and the repair man pulled into my driveway and never rang my doorbell. He then reported I wasn't home. I was outraged that I had wasted 4 hours of my day waiting and now had to reschedule and wait again. A repairman came the following day and fixed the washer, however the next day it stopped working again! A repair man came out two days later and didn't have the part and said it would have to be ordered. I had to wait another whole week for it to be repaired! When I called and complained all they offered me is a $30 gift card. I will have wasted 12 hours total waiting repairs and had to go a week and a half without a washer! $30 is a joke!

    The device man was very good but there was a lot of confusion around time and how many service need to come by to work on a stackable washer dryer unit. We had to convince them that all they need was one person. So communication and set-up was less to be desired but the derive person that came by fixed the problem and was very nice.

    The repair person (Joe?) was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in servicing my washer and dryer. Attention to detail--he even noticed that my detergent caddy spring did not close properly and fixed that as well. He also noticed that my dryer screen had a small tear and promptly ordered another one for me (in which I received the screen in approximately three days). Thank you so much!!
