Quick, efficient, friendly service.
He was here at a reasonable time and got straight to troubleshooting the problem. I told him what I encountered and he was able to duplicate the same problem. He came fully equipped with everything he needed to diagnose and repair the issue. I have had service done by other companies on different things in the past and it seems like "well I need to go back to the shop to get a part" happens way too often. I am glad Sean was not one of those people. I hope if I ever need service in the future Sean gets assigned to my service call.
