Absolutely knowledgeable, reliable, and respectful
I was given Sears through my warranty company and I'm so grateful they did. My tech, Otis, was professional and full of knowledge. When I told him the issue he knew immediately what was wrong. He even went as far to educate me on what to look for if it happens again. I've already saved his information because I trust him not to feed me a line of bull but instead provide honest work. I highly recommend him.

Prompt, professional and courteous. Upon arriving the service man was kind and informative about what he was going to be doing, and therefore prompt in doing so. When he went about his business, he was professional, and within what he was doing, and courteous about his business.
