I had my dryer repaired and the technician was able to handle quickly.

My call for repairs on my nonfunctional water heater was nearly a week. Even then I was given a repair schedule of between 8am to 6pm. I was told "we are really busy and that would be the earliest date and time a technician could be there". I asked for an hour pre arrival time from the technician and got 10 minutes.

I was very pleased with the fast, friendly service.

The service guy arrived on time, called us beforehand to let us know he was coming. He completed the deluxe maintenance in a reasonable amount of time and was very courteous!

Tech explained as he went through disassembling the riding lawn mower what he was doing and why it was not working properly. After reassembling, he gave me some helpful hints.

The tech was knowledgable, very friendly and kept me up to date on his arrival time. Im happy to be doing laundry again

Service was completed with no issues. Only complaint I have is that they can't give you a smaller time window for arrival. I was given a time of 8 to 5, and he got here at 4:40. Had to sit around all day waiting. Other than that, the service was good.

Service tech did not show up. We only talked by phone after waiting a week for him to deem my washer out of order so I could have a rental authorized until my machine is repaired. The machine was repaired incorrectly once, then an incorrect part was ordered. When the second repair was underway which could not be completed due to an incorrect part, the repair techs were not given permission to simply order the correct part and complete the repair. So here I sit with a disassembled washer and incorrect washer drum pushed into my garage. THANKS SEARS!!!!!! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much for coverage under my Master Protection Plan.We apologize for the bad experience that you've had with us. We have emailed you a separate email requesting additional information. Thanks!

Great service, I needed the knob replaced on my washer. Quick turn around for the part to come in and installation was quick as well. Great service no complaints.
