    DOUR SERVICE MAN DID A GREAT JOB EVEN THOUGH HE ARRIVED 4 HOURS BEHIND THE SCHEDULED TIME. WE WERE SURPRISED SEARS SERVICE MEN DO NOT CLEAN OUT DRYER VENTS. THIS WAS A BIG PROBLEM WITH OUR DRYER.

    Service man was very professional and explained everything he had to do. Most importantly the diagnosis made a week earlier by another service woman was accurate and the new part fxed the problem with my washer.

  8. Great service, lousy quality of parts from manufacturer

    Great service with some very hard working techs. Had compressor replaced after only 2 and a half years of ownership just last week. Now I have had to reschedule another visit due to the new compressor not working (3 more weeks). The fridge itself is very nice and looks great, the compressor is junk. I have a Kenmore elite. I was told the compressor is from LG. Not sure what the issue is but we have had to wait 3 to 4 weeks between appointments minimum. We will now be over 8 weeks without a Fridge. The only reason we are putting up with this is because of the extended warranty we bought and it is cheaper than a new unit.. I will never buy another Kenmore or LG. It is not the Techs fault, they were stuck with what they had to work with in parts and schedule assigned..

    Technician accurately diagnosed and fixed our dishwasher! Our only issue was not him but the initial scheduler did not give good impression
