Our technician was on time, clean, friendly and very helpful. He fixed the issue which ended up being minor. I appreciate that he was truthful about the issue. He was very friendly. The 'chat' sessions and phone tree for requesting service are the worst. They scheduled a repair service that was 150 miles from us, and of course they were a no-show - twice! I spent hours on hold on the phone trying to talk to a real person to reschedule. When I did talk to a real person they told me they would 'escalate' my concerns and someone would call me back. They never did! It took 5 weeks before I could get them to understand I wanted a Sears Technician. He did a good job. I only used Sears because my fridge was under warranty. I won't use them again. The rest of this rating is for the technician that did come.Hi Kate, we would like to provide you with some assistance regarding the Refrigerator issue you are having. john b came and did not do his job on the water line and ice machine he did not fix it he just put a 4 ft line on it and bypassed the water line in side the frig so i dont have cold water coming out of my frig door so now i have to have another tech to come fix his sh.tty job he did and i would not let this guy work on nothing of mine againWe apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused.
