After several tries, finally the washer is working properly.
I had asked for customer service to put message for repair man to call my cell phone instead of my husbands. The customer service listed my cell number but didn't say to call it first. Customer service communications was fair but the service man communications was excellent. Also the 9am-5pm service hours without narrowing your time down will prevent us from purchasing another Sears appliance. It is impossible to save a whole day off work for just Sears. I have limited time from work so I need to get as much done on those days as possible! Service man did a great job and was very friendly.
