The technician informed me that there would not be a labor charge when replacing the compressor on my Kenmore refrigerator. I had to clean up liquid and an oily substance from my hardwood floor. Next day refrigerator still was not working. Second technician came out and I was charged almost 400 for the labor on previous service call. Plus had to have a board replaced that was ruined when the compressor went out. Refrigerator less than 4 years old. As for arrival time, with a window of 8 to 5 , each time was either 430 or after 5 when they showed up. Full day of not being able to take appointments at work while waiting on them.

I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He was personable and competent. He explained what was the problem and what was likely to occur in the future. Now I can prepare for the future.

The clogged up problem was solved, but the drain hose must not have been connected correctly because after a load or two we had water all over the laundry room floor and it also dropped down into our basement. So the repair person will be back on Wednesday and I once agin went to the laundromat.

Took February to July, six visits, and several new parts before the real problem was found and fixed. Also, a damaged countertop.

It has taken 6 months to figure out why are refrigerator is leaking. "Fixed" twice. Every technician is saying the other is doing it wrong. Last technician was not nice at all. Threatened to walk out if we didn't sign a release. Rude sarcastic remarks. Complained that the fridge was full and he could barely move it. Only did this because my wife was here, not me. His solution to the fix, unplug the refrigerator and don't use it. I was not pleased at all with his attitude. Said he would have it fixed in 5 min if we weren't wasting his time with not signing release. I request not to have him again. was very pleased with the service I received. October 2017, my washer and dryer were checked by an outside source Sears contracted work with to do maintenance checks on washers and dryers. I was not satisfied since I found out that repairman did very little and we mentioned how noisy our washer was and he blew us off. Jeff -from Sears repaired out washer July 2018 and came back October 2018 to do the maintenance check and we are very satisfied.
