He checked the drain of the washer and hopefully fixed the problem He did reset the machine and I’m hoping the washer will no longer give me a code to reset the wash cycle

It didn't take much but he took care of the issue. That's more than i can say for this rating service which is blocking the typing area obnoxiously with text about "Writing guidelines" (My "overall rating" above is for the serviceman, not for the problematic system itself.)

The issue was only partially resolved. The washer only works on a couple of settings

It has taken 6 weeks to get someone here to repair the refrigerator. He finally came and it still is not working. I have had an appointment that I waited all day and the repair man never showed up. Your call center is a complete joke. I have waited over an hour to be disconnected. Called back and transferred to different people because no one can help. This has been the most horrible experience. I will tell everyone I know and who will listen to never buy an appliance from Sears. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

While the team arrived later than the scheduled appointment, their skills and experience allowed them to correct the problem quickly and accurately.
