I called and they set up an appointment within 2 business days of the call. The technician was charismatic and extremely knowledgeable about the dryer repair. He discussed what was going on and what the failure was related to. He stated that this was a common pulley issue with this type of dryer.Thank you for sharing your great rating! My appointment was canceled twice by Sears and the second cancellation was with no phone call with explanation why. Don’t get me started about calling Sears trying to find out why. They don’t have a very good tracking system for their appointments. When we finally had a technician here their diagnostic fee was taking off a panel on refrigerator and pushing a button. In the end he couldn’t find a reason why the refrigerator stopped working. His explanation was “they sometimes do that”. Also, the technician “signed for me” (wrote an X on his phone) without my permission a form that stated “possible property damage”. I didn’t know any of this till I checked email for my receipt.We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. He laid on the floor and it didn't leak./ So he tried to sell a group of service plans. Packed up his bag and went home. Technician was 5 star! But our 7 year old Kenmore refridge model 25370314213 was “non repairable”! Even out of warranty we should have received some compensation, very unhappy with Sears, they don’t stand behind their products!Hi Charles, Thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. Chambers services replaced our door to the freezer on a side by side. The original had given us issues since we purchased the appliance not consistently making ice.
